These pictures were all taken during my trip to New York with the Steve Martland Band. It was a very misty day and the grain in the film has often been very prominently brought out as a result. I'm not sure grainy pictures are particularly effective when looked at close up on a computer screen, but in a print, and from a reasonable distance, they are pleasantly textured and certainly more pleasing to the eye.

Technical Information
These pictures were taken with a Canon EOS-500N on HP5, and Ilford Delta3200 (the really grainy ones!). The film was developed by machine, so I've no idea what the process was. I scanned the negatives in on an Epson 4990 scanner, and edited in Photoshop Elements.
